Why we are called High Ground

Seizing the High Ground has two meanings for us.

1. The High Ground provides the best chance of a successful mission. It’s where you have the most information to make the smartest decisions. You have to fight for and defend the High Ground. In the military, it’s what you’re always aiming for. In life, serving homeowners, it’s where we are today.

2. Seizing the High Ground means doing what’s right for our customers, even if it’s difficult, inconvenient, or costly to us. Our Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee is an example of that mindset. We believe in our team and our training to do things right the first time. But in the real world, mistakes happen. And it’s more important to make it right, than to hide behind the fine print.

Our Leadership

The buck stops with me, Rich Jordan.

I’ve spent my life in service. I served overseas and at home as an officer in the Marine Corps as an infantry platoon commander. Boots on the ground. Side by side with highly skilled Marines doing precision work, leading them through successful missions. Life and death stuff. When I left the Corps, I wanted to find another way to serve.

The trades were a perfect fit. Before the military, I studied engineering. I loved fixing things that were broken. And learning how to avoid them getting broken in the first place. HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical. These are the critical systems that make every home function properly. Or fail you. Keeping your home safe and fully operational is our goal. And that’s what High Ground Service Pros does today.

And that means we’re never done learning. We’ve taken trainees from zero experience to fully qualified, licensed technicians.
