Practicing What We Preach

At HighGround, we know the importance of a strong, inspirational company culture — it’s part of our DNA. But we like to practice what we preach and are focused on creating a positive environment where employees feel empowered to do their best work. We recently sat down with some of our co-workers, asked them about working at HighGround and a few themes came up over and over:

  • People

Sales development representative Dan Drees says, “Everyday it’s fun to come into work. Everyone comes in knowing what they have to do.” Much like our customers, we strive toward an office atmosphere where people actually enjoy coming to work.

A common link between employees at HighGround is natural curiosity. “I’d say what I love most about working at HighGround is my opportunity to learn,” says sales development representative Adam Breseman.

“I think everyone here not only encourages you to learn, but actually empowers you to.”

There’s nothing more important to HighGround than the people who work here. “HighGround basically became my new family,” said lead mobile architect Bill Korbecki. Customer success manager Clare Tuchscherer said, “It feels like a family”.

Our people make the real difference that it shows through to the people that have the opportunity to work here. Nick DiScala gets it and said, “The backbone is really the people.”
