Who is HighGround
HighGround is a pioneering HR cloud platform that helps organizations build highly engaged cultures through continuous performance management and coaching, real-time recognition, and capturing the voice of the employee. We are curious to know how today’s college students understand workplace cultures, and what they would do to sustain cultures that are already highly engaged.
HighGround is now accepting applications for a $2,000 USD scholarship to be awarded to one promising undergraduate currently in pursuit of a business, marketing and/or human resource degree. To apply for this scholarship, please submit an essay of 800 words or more, addressing the following questions:
- How do you define “employee engagement”?
- How would you help a business with an already high employee retention rate maintain and build a highly engaged company culture?
- What types of programs would you put in place?
- What motivational tactics would you implement?
Submit your essay to firstname.lastname@example.org as a Microsoft Word doc (.doc or .docx) using the subject line, “HighGround Scholarship Entry.” Submission deadline is Monday, August 1, 2016.
